  • All content (logos, images, product photos, graphics, and text) is the property of Zion Bath & Lighting or our suppliers, and is protected by Canadian and/or U.S. copyright laws.

  • Reproduction or commercial use of any content without express written permission is prohibited.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure all product information, pricing, and images on our website are accurate. However:

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock errors or incorrect information.

  • Product weights may be approximate.

Shipping Policy

General Shipping Guidelines

  • We do not ship to P.O. Box or RR addresses. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.

  • We do not ship to Manitoba, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Quebec, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Newfoundland at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • Orders from other remote or rural areas may be subject to additional shipping restrictions or charges. Please contact us prior to placing an order to confirm availability.

Special Product Shipping

  • No free shipping is available for:

    • Porcelain and ceramic items (toilets, sinks, bathtubs, etc.)

    • Composite materials

  • These items require special handling and packaging. After you place an order, we’ll email you a shipping quote for approval before processing.

Shipping Insurance & Delivery Responsibility

  • Standard shipping does not include insurance. We recommend additional insurance for expensive or fragile items.

  • Customers must inspect packages upon delivery. If there’s visible damage:

    • Note it on the Bill of Lading

    • Notify the carrier immediately

  • Zion Bath & Lighting is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods after shipping. We will, however, assist in filing claims with the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post).

Shipping Methods

  • Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, or Purolator.

  • You may request a preferred carrier, but we reserve the right to choose the final shipping method.

  • Delivery Times:

    • Ontario: 1–6 business days

    • Other provinces: 1–15 business days

  • Expedited shipping is available upon request (fees apply), but not guaranteed if requested after order placement.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Upon Receipt of Your Order

  • Inspect items immediately upon delivery.

  • Report missing or damaged parts within 3 business days.

  • Damages not reported at the time of delivery may not be eligible for replacement/refund.

Returns & Replacements

Return Policy

You may return items within 14 days of receipt, only if unopened, and subject to the conditions below. Returns after 14 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and any bonus or promotional items must be included

  • Shipping charges (including any promotional "free" shipping) are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used items

  • Special/custom orders

  • Final sale items

  • Services (e.g., installation, delivery)

  • Bulk discounted orders (except regular sale items)

Return Process

You will need:

  • Original order/invoice number

  • Payment method used

  • Government-issued ID may be requested for verification

To begin a return:

Return shipping is your responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit cards: Refund within 72 hours after receipt of goods

  • EFT: Refund by cheque within 2 weeks

Product Warranty & Service

  • ALL warranty service is provided by the manufacturer.

  • Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or As-Is will receive full warranty support only through the manufacturer, regardless of when purchased.
